ABOUT JESSICA

Jessica Moore is a practitioner of energy and wellness, specializing in Holy Fire III Reiki, nutrition consulting, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Over the years, she has developed her own techniques to help clients connect with their Higher Self, guidance team, and innate healing abilities such as Intelligent Postpartum Body,  Jessica's  unique system that empowers women to embrace their bodies and step into their power after entering motherhood.

Originally from Southern California, Jessica now resides in Pensacola, Florida. She’s a mother who enjoys gymnastics, dance, hiking, and continuous learning.
