ABOUT JESSICA

Jessica is a devoted practitioner of energy and wellness practices. Beginning her professional services as a Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Nutrition Consultant, Jessica understands the vital role these modalities play in raising the frequencies of the mind and physical body.

Jessica's mission is to expand her own light and awareness while helping others ignite and expand the light and wisdom within themselves. She helps guide individuals on their transformative paths, empowering them to awaken their inner light, embrace their inner wisdom, and activate there bodies ability to heal through in-person QHHT sessions, Higher Self Coaching, and Reiki.  She believes in the collaborative nature of transformation and understands and commends the hard work that each person invests in themselves on this journey. This beautiful process of healing and  growth helps spread light and wisdom for the collective consciousness through our shared experiences and she is honored  to assist.

Originally from the picturesque landscapes of Southern California, life's journey brought Jessica to the beautiful shores of Pensacola, Florida in the fall of 2021. She's a nurturing mother and embraces a diverse range of interests and practices that enrich her spiritual path such as meditation and channeling, dance, gymnastics, theater, herbs and homeopathy, and healthy eating.
